“The hotel is a historical property and we enjoyed seeing the decor and architecture. I thought there was a good balance in maintaining historical accuracy and convenience. Along with that it is a 100+year old building that is going to smell old and be harder to clean. The staff were exceptionally kind and trying very hard. “Omg I loved this property and will be back! I’m from t on is area and have not had to chance to enjoy the lake and this was awesome! The lake was beautiful and was easy to find and enter and loved the patio a and private area as well!”

“Staff was awesome. Room was clean. There was a $50 pre-fee that had to be paid up front for incidentals, which was returned at checkout. The only issues were the mattresses are super hard, the sink faucet backsprays, a damp humidity in the room, and a gap between door and ground. ”
