“Room was fine. Tv was small. Breakfast was disappointing. Outdoor Pool was not open due to cold weather. No hot tub. Overall it was an okay stay. Wish there was more amenities to make me enjoy ”

“For an establishment that calls itself a resort it was horrible. We showed up earlier than check in time to verify the reservation and when we showed up to check in we had to wait 20 minutes. They should have had our room ready. Additionally there were zero amenities in the room. Nothing in the bathroom for showering, and not even an ice bucket. No refrigerator, no microwave, and the hallway on the 3rd floor leaked as it rained. I would advise people to avoid this place and book elsewhere....

“Absolutely the most magical stay, clean, comfy, secluded. The bed was incredibly comfy, kitchen came well equipped w/ coffee. Can’t say enough positive things about this gorgeous gem , Starlight Haven. We will be returning asap. ”

“This property is a hidden gem. I would have given it all 5 stars except the walls are thin. You can hear just about everything and smell the coffee being made next door. The property is close to downtown and the casino. We felt safe staying at this location. ”

“Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff initially seemed helpful. After we unpacked and showered, we realized the TV in our room wasn’t working. Someone came to try to fix it but couldn’t, and since we had already settled in, he offered a $25 courtesy discount instead of moving rooms. The next morning we were woken up by the front desk asking to come check the TV, which was frustrating. We were also never told the continental breakfast hours, so by the time we went down it had already ended...

“Loved the cottage. Immaculate and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the lady at the office was friendly. Easy parking and only 3-4 minutes from the Bathhouse road. We could spot the room(hotel) from the Hot Springs Tower. The cafe next door was a great breakfast spot! Highly recommend this place.”
