“We loved our stay at The Hotel Hot Springs! The view from our room was spectacular! The bed was comfortable with very nice sheets. Breakfast (and coffee!) was very good and the menu changed slightly from day to day which was nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My only "non 5-star" comment is that the pillows on the bed were the really small, almost square kind. We had plenty of them but they were much smaller than what we are used to. We could easily walk to just about anything...

“Hotel need some updating. The breakfast wasn’t much. The bed was hard but the view from the balcony was beautiful. If they put in some work on updating on the rooms and make it a little bit more cleaner. It will be the BOMB. I will say it quiet. Just bring your own cleaning supplies and clean the room yourself and it will be a pleasant stay. The staff is nice, but rooms need to be updated and cleaned. “I was a bit disappointed. Not a fan of the no contact staffing model. Comfortable bed, refrigerator, coffee, and muffins were nice. Room was very simple but adequate. Rooms on either side of mine were much nicer. Likely a price difference. Poor lighting. Night table and outlets only on one bedside. No extra blanket or pillows available. Blinds do not block the very bright light from the parking lot. Advertised as pet friendly but not a square inch of green space! A dog in another room kept...
